Tracking down the memories2.

Salam to all
Back to our early days in Sheffield.

It was in Auntum 2007, rainy days and five of us had no idea how the weather was going to change.

My three kids still at home. There was no telly and poor my kids they were so bored. Soon, my hubby went to the carrboot sale by bus to look for a telly. I still reember, it was raining heavily when he came back with a bulky telly.
I know it was hard for him to do that. But we didnt have much choice, we didnt own a car.

As we re told, no children are allowed to stay at home or the parents will be sent to police station for not sending them to school. Having known the laws, five of us went for looking a school nearest to our home. It was about 4 miles away. Since we hadnot yet own a car, so we just walked there as they say, ''it is just nearby''. It was not easy for the kids to end the searching thou. My youngest started to nagging didnt want to walk any further. Tired. After asking and asking for the direction, we finally gave up and decided to come back another day.
The next day we came by appointment to meet headteacher. Finally, we ve got our second boy in but not the eldest! There was no more place and he should go to another school. So how?

Then thats how the story go. My second finished at 3.10pm, and immediately after that I drove rushly to pick up his brother at the other school, about 5 mins driving. With the lil gal , who was almost 3 yrs-o that time plus the heavy traffic, it was miserable time for me. Alhamdulillah, i had never got into accident; and thanks to the classteacher who was very kind to look after my eldest boy while I was still on the road.

Thinking of all the difficulties and other factors as well, we decided to move out from the place so that my two sons can go to the same school, and my youngest will follow later on. On their last day, the whole classroom was in big grief to see my boy leaving. Such beautiful bonding..even the classteacher dropped her tears.

Anyway, it wasnt that easy to register both of them to the new school. Phone calls, appeal to the council and further discussion with the headteacher in order to convince them to let my boys in. Finally, everything settled down and the school is about 10mins walking from our new house.

A year later, we moved out again; to a house, the house we are living at the moment which is 3mins walking to school. Dah rezeki kami. For me, di sini sgt2 penting lokasi rumah dgn sekolah.

Thats all for now, will write more and more. See you soon, very very soon
