Salam
What a gloomy day..thru the window school children walking down to school. From my room i can hear they chatting with their parents.. as always. Typical winter morning.
My children are about to off for school. Ready with their snow hat, scraf, gloves and proper boot and shoe and not forgetting their almost - nothing - inside- bookbag. A minute later, here they go leaving mum with computer at home.
Typical morning- what to cook for today. Arghhh. Some more, the kicthen like a hell when winter comes. A very cold freezing hell!! Hahhar. Heater, radiator and whatever can realese heat to atmosphere are on 24hrs now on so my washing hopefully are done as it should be.
Taking a look at their school list; ehmmm...a few thing to prepare as per required by teachers due to coming Christmas concert and tickects confirmnation for parents to watch the concert as well.
They have been practising for their concerts for weeks now. What i hope is they will just enjoy, learn and gain as much experience . Not to really 'ceebrate' christmas. Nevertheless, sometime i do feel like to shout; 'oh no!! what we have done!!' when my princess said she is looking forword to christmas BECAUSE she will definitely can get present fron santa. My oh my..at this state wish i firmly could make she understand that this is not our 'real' life, honey!
End of the year means a lot for English as there is long holiday start from christmas until the first week of new year.
And that also mean no school, no class in uni, no thing to do except two things : 1) stay hibernate at home 2) holidaying - shopping.
And not forgetting; One other thing synonym to witer time... snow ball-ing. Yeay!! And here we go, back to our childhood every one. and save more food/ biscuits, crisp, bread in the cabinet kitchen coz the children would repeatly asked for food and daddy would get murmur everytime mum says:'' there is no more cheese, chicken and lamb in the freezer. omg.'' Top of it, ASDA and TESCO seems too far away to reach . Day is almost gone when you open the door to look outside, and definitely 'afternoon' never exist . all I know it is already maghrib. So alert for prayer times during the day.
Also , my list need to be cross-checked. His schedule must also need to be looked at. Modified here and there could be very important because: our routine activity during end year holiday must be carried out..as alway. Shopping time folks!! Boxing day, or even pre-boxing day should get my life out form horror (!!) and boreness all this while thur out the year.
Tappp Clapp Pappp Taapppppp. Wake Uppp murni!!! That was in the UK. No more UK but Malaysia!
Sekarang dah kembali ke tanah air. Suasana hujung tahun ini bagi saya amat bermakna. suasana berbza, cuaca berbeza, aktiviti sgt berbeza.
Will see you again friends. See you ! Whatever it is, enjoy your holidays:))
